Sitemap.
- Students will create a sitemap using one of the various suggested software tools (Lucidchard, Visio, Balsamiq) containing the following key attributes:
- A homepage/home screen item at the top.
- A reference number for each item in the sitemap (This helps when creating wireframes or functional specifications)
- A label for each item in the site map.
- Keep in mind the sitemap must show the structure and relationship between all areas of your site.
- Making sure that your sitemap lists all the (labeled) pages in their entirety and shows hierarchy, structure, and often page goals and content/functionality
