Activity 5: Action Planning

Strategic planning and management goals and objectives can be accomplished through action planning. This is a process that every employee at the various levels in all departments of the organization should perform. Before you work with other people in your organization in relation to their action plans, it would be advantageous for you to complete your own.

With this in mind, use Table 10-1 in your textbook to construct your individual action plan. There is no page length requirement but the following elements must be included:

1. Action plan introduction

2. Program Objective

3. Program Activities (please list ten of these)

4. Action Steps (please list five of these)

Note: It is not necessary at this time to use the Responsibility and Start-End columns.  You must cite all resources used and include an APA-formatted bibliography. (100 points)
