Imagine that you are the coach of a Division I university team. Discuss how you would create the ideal motivational climate for your team based on the implications for athletes provided by the cognitive evaluation, achievement goal, and attribution theories. In your answer, be sure to create a hypothetical team in a sport of your choice, and provide specific examples and details to illustrate your understanding of the theories and implications for athletes.
